Staying Healthy Makes Web Design Better

This year has be absolutely crazy. Crazy because it's flown by, crazy because of the coronavirus, and crazy because of craziness going on here in the U.S. (protests, riots, and election drama). Folks are beginning to feel the affects of all this unexpected stress and anxiety, and honestly it's beginning to show both physically and mentally.

Aside from limiting my news watching and social media time, I've tried to spend more time being aware of my overall health. I've been working out and changed my diet. Thanks to Keto, I've lost 35lbs since February.

I feel better because my diet is better and because of the exercise. Did you know that exercise releases endorphins and helps relieve stress, which in turn make you feel better? Plus an added benefit when combined with dieting is weight loss.

So what does all this have to do with better web design? EVERYTHING. I've cut out sugary soda and snacks (no more sugar crashes). I still drink coffee and energy drinks, but I've been mindful of their ingredients (sugar free only). As a result, my focus is better than before. I don't feel sluggish or tired, and I'm able to perform better overall.

All this adds up to better health, better service to my customers, and honestly I love it. In the next few weeks I'll be sharing some reviews on a few food products I've tried. Most pertain to a Keto diet, but honestly they are a great alternative to most of the garbage filled food and drinks most of us consume (myself included).
