Plus Badge Webhooks

Badge Webhooks connect badge assignment and removal events in Plus for FluentCommunity to external automation endpoints. An administrator configures the destination so a service such as FlowMattic, Zapier, or Make can receive the event and continue the workflow.

A badge-related event can therefore initiate an automation without a staff member copying the change manually into another system. The endpoint and automation still need to be configured and tested in the receiving service. Editing a badge's Theme Studio colors is a presentation change and is separate from a member gaining or losing that badge.
