Plus Admin Notes

Admin Notes is the private staff-note add-on in Plus for FluentCommunity. Staff can create notes with pins, urgent markers, tags, and images, and use filters to locate relevant items. Watch notifications and a viewed-by record help colleagues track which notes need attention and which have been seen.

The module supports CSV export and bulk actions for managing accumulated notes. These notes are intended for the staff workflow rather than public community posts. Keeping internal moderation or support context here avoids publishing that material into a member-facing space while still giving authorized staff a shared record.
