Plugin Dependency Header

The Requires Plugins header declares supported WordPress.org plugin dependencies for a plugin package. It helps WordPress identify prerequisites for activation. The header has a defined format and does not describe every version constraint or proprietary integration requirement. Runtime code should still handle an unavailable dependency gracefully and explain the missing capability without causing an unrelated fatal error.
