Nginx

Nginx is a web server and reverse proxy commonly used to serve static files and forward PHP requests to PHP-FPM. Its configuration controls routing, headers, caching, limits, and upstream behavior. A WordPress deployment needs rules appropriate to its permalink structure and protected routes. Diagnose origin responses and proxy caches separately when a visitor sees stale or unexpected content.
