FluentSMTP Email Simulation

FluentSMTP email simulation prevents outgoing messages from being delivered while recording simulated messages in the email log. It is useful on staging when testing purchase, registration, or support notifications without contacting real recipients. If the FLUENTMAIL_SIMULATE_EMAILS PHP constant is defined, it overrides the interface setting. A simulated log entry is evidence of a captured test message, rather than proof that the provider delivered an email to an inbox.
