FluentCRM Subscription Status

Subscription status records a contact’s email communication state, such as subscribed, pending, or unsubscribed. It influences campaign eligibility and should survive imports and integration updates. A product purchase should not silently reverse an earlier marketing unsubscribe. Keep transactional purchase messages separate from the CRM audience’s marketing subscription preference.
