A dynamic segment selects contacts using configured conditions rather than a fixed manually maintained membership list. Conditions can reflect profile or activity data available in the CRM. As that data changes, the matching audience can change. Inspect segment criteria before a campaign so a condition intended for customers does not include unrelated subscribers.
