A FluentBooking booking reschedule moves an existing appointment to a new date and time instead of creating an unrelated second booking. Hosts or site administrators can open the booking’s action menu, verify the attendee’s timezone, select the new slot, and optionally record a reason. The admin workflow can ignore ordinary availability when explicitly selected. Confirming the change updates the booking and its activity history and sends the applicable rescheduling notifications.
