CLT Shared Frontend Dictionary

The Shared Frontend Dictionary is Clever Linked Terms' compact public linking resource. It provides the information needed to match eligible published glossary phrases without hydrating every complete term definition for every page. Individual tooltip definitions can be loaded from generated resources as needed.

Version changes invalidate the dictionary and relevant cached definitions when terms or linking settings change. Password-protected and nonpublic terms are excluded from the public resource. A REST fallback remains available when a static resource cannot be published, so file-system contention does not require serving a partially written dictionary.
