CLT Batched CSV Import

Batched CSV Import is Clever Linked Terms' checkpointed import workflow for creating terms from a CSV file. The importer stages the upload, reads named columns, processes bounded batches, and records progress so the browser can continue or resume the job. Existing-title handling determines whether duplicate entries are skipped or explicitly allowed.

Per-row receipts help a retry recover an already-created term after a failed metadata write, rather than creating a second copy. Cancellation preserves terms already imported. Completed status can be dismissed, and counts can be refreshed after the job. Use the plugin's import template so definition, tooltip, sources, and relationship fields map correctly.
